We were very impressed by the way your team worked together, supporting each other to get the task completed over the fortnight. They asked questions to ensure that they were doing the layout as we had expected, and their suggestions for small improvements were welcomed and helped with the finishing touches that added to the overall look. They turned up on time and were well presented. We knew when they were taking a break and they always finished on time each day. This helped us plan our days as well. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and were well experienced in getting bricks laid with exactly the right levels and alignment - much better than other we have seen working. In fact, it was the overall impression from watching another installation that they were doing that convinced us we were making the right choice.
